Used grey reducing shampoo/conditioner for years, they changed formula recently and my grey hear now looks red. Its really disappointing as it used to be really good product

Just tried the newly packaged just for men beard dye and they've obviously changed the ingredients as well as whilst the old one wasn't great it at least lasted a week before needing to be redone whereas this new one, despite being left on for 15 minutes which is three times the recommended 5 minutes, simply washed straight out and my beard was left looking exactly the same. Will now have to switch to using hair dye instead.

They shrank the Control GX bottle, and changed the formula. Almost no lather, and more expensive smaller size.

Working with this company is like pulling teeth. Somehow I got signed up to received regular shipments and when I complained they raved about the shelf life of their products rather than addressing my issue or helping me with a refund.

I have also found their products do not live up to their promises. A total waste
